get back in the game . . .
As a former collegiate gymnast, I understand the struggles competitive athletes go through every day just to maintain focus and motivation in order to stay at the top of the game. But when an athlete suffers an injury, that focus and motivation can be even tougher to harness day after day. The mental road to recovery is often more difficult than the physical one.
Back in the Game is designed for Bay Area athletes of all ages, levels and sports who need guidance in proven sports psychology strategies to improve or regain their confidence, work through burnout, anxiety, fear, and/or mentally cope with an injury. I work with individual athletes, coaches, as well as provide team workshops.
Come see me and let’s help you move beyond any mental roadblocks so you can get back in the game and be a successful and strong competitor again.

“Never let the fear of striking out get in your way.”

Dr. Lattimore was able to show me many different ways to help cope with the physical and emotional pain that I was going through, as well as set goals for my future that would help me on and off the field.
